Display Maintenance Staff Assistant

The Workshops Rail Museum in North Ipswich aims to inspire generations of Queenslanders to discover, celebrate and value our state’s distinctive natural and cultural environment. They are looking for someone with general handyman skills to assist with the building of wooden props, painting and repairs. The volunteer will be working in a relaxed environment and a pleasant atmosphere while gaining practical know-how from the various projects.

Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve comprises 55 hectares of subtropical rainforest overlooking the Glass House Mountains National Landscape. This reserve is a living museum of diverse plant and animal life. They are seeking an Education Centre Volunteer to welcome and advise the visitors, help to open and close the centre and handle postcard and DVD sales. Assist the Sunshine Coast in becoming Australia’s most vibrant, green and diverse region.
